There was a terrible smell throughout the room, and the air conditioner only blew hot air. Even basic drinks for the room were missing. My recent stay was deeply disappointing, so look elsewhere if you want somewhere comfortable.

I really enjoyed dinner at the hotel, especially the garlic bread and other bread, which was so crunchy. The pool by the lotus lake was lovely too, swimming while birds sang. The steam and sauna were great, and the massage cloth was soft, good cotton. Nice hotel.

I spent four nights here on an official mission. The green views, lakes and ponds made for a relaxing setting, and there was a beautiful pool and a spacious, well-equipped gym. My suite was large and comfortable with a stunning view, though I was surprised it had no safe-deposit box. The amenities were generally good. Restaurant staff were especially friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. Staff were courteous overall, but the front desk seemed short-handed. I had paid upfront, yet was asked to pay again at checkout, which caused confusion. Checkout time was also rigid. A great place to stay, with front desk service and checkout procedures needing work.
