I loved my stay in these adorable beach bungalows at the southern end of Ngwe Saung. Most rooms have an ocean view, and the hotel lends bikes for free so you can ride into the village. The walk to the beach wasn't very scenic and took me less than 15 minutes. Breakfast was basic but good, and having a pool with a pool bar was a nice bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were lovely, always ready to help, and the small pool was relaxing. The bungalow style rooms were clean, with air conditioning, hot water, and running water. The whole area isn't connected to the grid yet, so the hotel runs on a generator and has some planned downtimes, which isn't really their fault.

The price is fair and the beach isn't too far, though the view didn't exceed my expectations and breakfast was ordinary. Mountain Seaview involves a lot of stairs, so it's not a good fit if you don't want much walking.

The food is great, the staff are hospitable, and they do good laundry. The pool is another plus. The beach is a little far, about a 10 minute walk, but you can use a free bike or get a tuk-tuk from Lounge if you don't want to walk.

A decent hotel on a small hill in Ngwe Saung. The upper bungalows give you a panoramic view of the sea and surrounding area. It's across from the beach, so you have to walk a few minutes to get there.
