It’s a quiet place with a garden feel, and the rooms were clean and soundproofed. The outdoor pool is large, and the breakfast buffet stood out, with a good range of local choices. It’s budget-friendly and good value, but the beach is about a five-minute walk away rather than right outside. Service can also slow during busy holiday periods. A comfortable, peaceful option if you don’t want to pay beachfront hotel prices.

Convenience is the main thing here, with local restaurants and shops close by, and lifeguards on site. The accommodation is reasonably priced and breakfast is good, though the food quality is below average. One of the better places in Ngwe Saung Beach.

There’s a direct path to the beach, plus a swimming pool, and the rooms are affordable. I stayed in July 2024. The rooms were spacious and clean, though we had trouble swatting flies. The locks were good, the Wi-Fi was usable, breakfast had plenty of options, and the staff gave good service. It was a great hotel.

We booked three rooms for three nights with friends, from November 7th to November 10th, 2025, expecting a relaxing break. Instead, it was a huge disappointment. The rooms weren’t well maintained, and our requests were ignored. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, and I won’t be back. The worst problem started on the first night. The owners were singing loudly into a microphone over speakers, and the noise continued well past midnight. We couldn’t sleep. Staff told us they couldn’t do anything because the owners were running the show, and were otherwise unhelpful and unresponsive. Basic requests took ages too. A bottle of water took over 30 minutes to arrive. There were mosquitoes in the room, and although we asked staff to spray while we were out, they never did. It felt like they didn’t care about our concerns.
