Bagan Vertex Hotel

The garden is lovely and a pleasant place to relax, and the swimming pool is superb. Rooms are clean and modern, though not spacious. WiFi wasn't good when we were on the ground floor.

The a la carte breakfast came in a huge portion and tasted very good. The staff speak only a little English, but they were eager to help guests. Thanks so much to Phyo Phyo and the rest of the crew. I hope the best for you all, and please stay safe and healthy. Our room was spacious and clean, and there was a pool to relax by. Electricity was off during the day, but they ran a generator at night.

It's a new hotel with comfortable beds and decent showers, a little way out of town. They rent good-quality e-bikes for a very fair price, which is handy. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and really make the stay. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Bagan.

The hotel is nice, close to the airport, and reasonably priced. There's a terrace where you can have drinks and watch the sunset, but service at the terrace bar was incredibly slow. We waited over 20 minutes for drinks, and at dinner some of what we'd ordered never arrived. We stayed three nights. On the second day, nobody came to clean the room or refill basic supplies, so we had to ask at reception. We had ordered a breakfast package the evening before we left, but in the morning nothing had been prepared. They asked if we still wanted it and offered to make it, but we didn't have time to wait. I'm very disappointed with the service. They have a lot to improve.
