The rooms were clean and the staff helpful. It’s a little far from New Bagan, but those small electric scooters can get you there in 15-20min. Just remember the 35km range is more of a rough suggestion than a guarantee. I’d definitely recommend this place.

The owner was so friendly. We showed up at 3am without warning, and in the end he didn’t even charge us for that first night. Breakfast was delicious and traditional, and you can rent e-scooters. We weren’t sure if we needed one each, but he told us, "one scooter, enough for two, save your money". I honestly couldn’t believe it!

The location was good, though not perfect. The rooms were spacious and really clean, and the shower had a strong stream. E-bikes were available to rent cheaply.

You can rent e-bikes right there to visit Bagan's temples, and the room was big and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The one problem was the sewage, which didn’t work properly and left the bathrooms smelly.

The breakfast was delicious and very traditional, and the rooms were clean. The owner and all the staff were really friendly. You can rent an E-Bike for 10k Kyat per day.
