We paid 18000mmk for a double room for one night, without breakfast. The room was somewhat dirty, and most of the utilities were nearly broken. The towels weren't very clean either. Staff weren't especially helpful, and some of their behavior was inappropriate.

The bathroom had a lot of mold, and paint was peeling from the walls. The place used to be a clinic and was incredibly dirty, with a look that reminded me of the SAW movies. It definitely felt like foreigners were being overcharged. Go somewhere else.
