The sunrise view was lovely, and breakfast was okay. But after booking a lake view, I ended up with a room that had no view at all. It’s the only hotel in town and feels overpriced for what it offers. There’s no Wi-Fi or bicycle for getting into the city, and customer service was poor. There’s a lot they could improve.

A great place to get away. The rooms are small but cozy, and mine had a lake view. There’s a hot kettle with tea and coffee, a bathtub, a small fridge, AC, TV, and other facilities. The food was great, service excellent, and the people warm.

The lake views are beautiful, and the staff were helpful. The room we finally got, with AC and an attached bathroom, was awesome and a good rate online. But the check-in was sloppy: we were shown three different times to the wrong type of room. That gave us a look at how much the rooms vary, since the others were pretty dingy and bare. It’s the only option in the area.

The lake view around the hotel is great, and the breakfast was yummy. We were pleased with the hospitable staff and the ample car parking, and the service felt like more than we paid for. Cleanliness was 4/5, service 5/5, breakfast 4/5, and location 3/5. It’s a good choice if clean rooms and good service are what you’re after.
