I paid 35,000 kyats a night after negotiating and stayed for three nights. It was quiet, and the room was nice. You'll do better with your own transportation. At checkout, one staff member tried to charge me for a minibar I hadn't touched, which I didn't appreciate.
A comfortable stay, and the rooms are nice. Just know the standard rooms have a wet bathroom setup instead of a proper shower. During COVID, they brought breakfast to the room.
The rooms looked nice and seemed recently renovated. It's near the UNESCO heritage site, which is handy, but the hotel is far from the city, so you'll need a taxi or to rent a moto.
We had a great five days here with a group of 24. The hotel is very new, with large rooms and good breakfast, and the staff were always friendly and ready to help. They also arranged a great New Year's Eve party for us. The one thing to improve is room cleaning, since the rooms weren't cleaned every day.
A new hotel in Pyay with friendly staff, spacious guest rooms, and plenty of parking. Good value for money.
