The garden made the place feel calm and lovely, and breakfast was a really good way to start the day. I spent three days here in Pyin Oo Lwin and found the staff friendly and helpful. Their service made the stay comfortable. A great choice for a peaceful break.

The air conditioner remote in room 304 didn't work, so I couldn't use it, and the room had such a strong musty, moldy smell that I was awake all night. I checked in at 11:30 PM, and it was a terrible experience. They should have checked these basics before offering the room. There are other hotels nearby at the same price, so I'd choose one of those. I won't be back.

The grounds are kept beautifully, with lovely flowers, and the rooms have improved a lot. They look better and smell cleaner now. For the price, it's a great hotel. The coffee was the worst I've had in ages, though, and there isn't wifi in the rooms.

We were a group of 11 from Australia, New Zealand, and the USA. The hotel had a relaxed colonial feel, and the room was pleasant. We could walk to restaurants and the town market. Breakfast was sparse on the first morning, then a full buffet on the second, which was great. I enjoyed my two nights here.

The reception team were friendly and spoke English very well, but couldn't help us rent a motorbike. We used the hotel's bicycles instead, and they were awful enough to take away from the experience. The rooms themselves were great.
