The surroundings are quiet, and there are nice traditional and modern restaurants within walking distance. The hotel has a large compound landscaped with trees and flowers. Rooms are spacious, though they seem old.

It's a peaceful spot with lovely buildings and a good location. The rooms have enough space and standard amenities. Since the Covid period, though, I've noticed lower maintenance and service quality.

I stopped in Pyin Oo Lwin for one night at RRR Hotel on 01/Dec/2022. The location was nice, but the bed sheets were very dirty and stained. The toilets and bathrooms, along with everything else, need upgrading.

The superior rooms are tiny, around 15 SqM, and there's no work table. The furniture, mattress, pillows, and towels are all very old. Enjoy 😉

The gardens are well looked after and the place is quiet. Breakfast was good, but the hotel is a bit far from the city center. My room showed signs of neglect, including tile stains, cigarettes or dust in the window frames, and damp marks. Some services listed on websites aren't available. The staff were mixed: some were okay, some not very helpful, and others the complete opposite.
