Check-in was smooth, the location is great, and the room was comfortable and very clean for the one night I stayed. There was a fridge and snacks in the room, but they cost extra. Breakfast was okay, though the drinks could be better. The coffee wasn't made properly, and the staff didn't seem to know you shouldn't drink the grounds. The tea cups were really tiny, not continental size, and a lot of things weren't replenished promptly.

The location is perfect and the food is nice, but it's far from the express bus terminal. The staff were very friendly and polite, though I can't say they were honest. I thought I'd dropped my room key card somewhere in the lobby, but I had to pay for it. I left Pyin Oo Lwin today. It's a beautiful town, and I wish I could live there someday. I'd visit again if I could trust the staff.

Friendly staff, and the food you order from the menu is very cheap. The buffet has a reasonable selection, but get there early or much of it will be gone. We booked an economy room on Agoda that was advertised with a bathtub. At first they said it only had a shower. Once we showed them the listing, they upgraded us to a very nice room with a bathtub. Great service.

It's in a very good location and was nice overall, but there are a few things they could improve. The WiFi is very slow. There's a kettle in the room, but you have to walk down four floors to fill it, and then the sugar may be empty. The air conditioner is very old and doesn't have a heating option.

The rooms feel a little rundown, but it's a nice place for a cheap stay. Breakfast is a good buffet with plenty of local and Western choices. They have free bikes, a free shuttle to the train station, and really helpful staff.
