Poolside rooms can be a little noisy, so for privacy, stay at the back of the hotel. I choose hotels with a swimming pool, and this one keeps its pool clean. I understand being charged for bottles if you drink by the pool, but I don't get why they charge for utensils and plates too.

The large, secure car park is a real plus for groups or anyone arriving with several vehicles. After our fieldwork, the pool was a nice place to relax, and the restaurant was convenient, with a varied menu, drinks, beer, and spirits. Management and staff helped our work run smoothly and were very hospitable. I stayed for two nights while handling Sales and Marketing operations in the Thanlyin area. The hotel is in Aung Chan Thar Quarter,Thanlyin, a handy base for people working in or visiting the area. The facilities worked well for business and leisure. It could suit a short work trip, team retreat, or longer stay, and I look forward to coming back.

The pool area looked really cool at night, and we loved the billiard table area. The compound is a decent size, with room to bike or walk around, and it feels private and peaceful. It's great for friends and families. Our kitchen-attached rooms right in front of the tennis court smelled and seemed old, though they were still acceptable given the overall facilities and cleanliness. Breakfast was okay, just a normal hotel breakfast. Getting around was easy, with downtown about a 40-minute drive away. A satisfying stay!
