The price is reasonable and the room is decent. Breakfast wasn't very good, though, and the bathroom is a bit poor. It also gets noisy with a bar next door.

The rooms are fairly wide and clean, not bad at all, but the bedroom and hotel smell aren't very good. A room costs around 60,000 to 80,000 MMK. You can also get one with a section for around 35,000 MMK.

The room and view are good enough, but the service could be better.

A good buffet breakfast at a fair price.

It doesn't feel like a hotel, more like a guesthouse. The shower pressure is very low and the bathroom smells bad. Breakfast hours are too short, and they close early, even on Saturday and Sunday when breakfast runs from 7am to 9:30am.
