We booked for a long stay and clearly told them in advance that we had a patient with us and needed a quiet place. They asked us to pay daily, and we agreed. If you value a peaceful stay and rest, avoid this hotel. The Front Office service was utterly unacceptable. After we paid by MPU tonight, the front desk kept calling our room close to 11:00 PM until we answered, demanding payment. We explained that the transaction was complete, but they didn’t believe us because they couldn’t find it in their MMQR records. Their apology felt hollow, and the staff’s attitude was highly unprofessional. It turned out to be their own internal bookkeeping issue. Instead of sorting it out internally, they disturbed a sleeping guest late at night over a payment they had already received. I’ve never seen such terrible management. The service is extremely poor.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. We had a very nice stay here and would recommend it to other travelers.

We were tired and trying to rest, but staff called us repeatedly at night, disturbing us three times to ask for payment. We’d ordered food and said we’d settle the bill at check-out, which is standard practice in most hotels. They already had our ID as security, so the interruptions showed no consideration for guest comfort or common sense. It reflects poor training and basic customer service skills. Definitely not the experience we expected.

My complimentary water came with a goldfish in it, the bed whispered my ex’s name, and the WiFi only picked up Russian radio. There’s a wheelchair stairway, and the “Do Not Disturb” sign seems to attract more staff. Oh, and the elevator screams.

The stay was pretty decent, and breakfast was just okay. The reception wouldn’t give us two key cards even though there were two of us. When I asked for another, they handed over a power card that couldn’t unlock the room or operate the elevator. And don’t get me started on the internet connection.
