Getting around is easy since it’s right in downtown Yangon, which suited me as a traveller. The language barrier was slight, and Google Translate helped a lot. The air conditioning was strong, a must for me, and the rooms were a good size. Most of all, the service was the most hospitable I’ve ever had. Great staff. Thanks, cherry guest house!

The elevators made getting around really convenient, and the staff were helpful throughout my holiday. The room had AC, the cleaning was good, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast got repetitive, but I’d stay here again on my next trip to Yangon.

I liked how close it was to the centre and the main sights. The room was simple but clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful while I planned trips over breakfast. One odd little detail: my room had a translucent door, so when the hall light was on it glowed pink. :D Nice place.

I’ve stayed here several times and would come back whenever I’m in Yangon. The downtown location makes the major tourist sites easy to reach, and there are room options from basic to more upmarket at very reasonable prices. It’s not a five-star hotel, but the service and hospitality definitely feel five star. Thoroughly recommended.

The place was quiet at night, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed on Level 7 for 2 nights, 26/11/2018-28/11/2018. It’s a great central spot, about a 5 min walk to the main road. Breakfast was average, and the bathroom was a bit snall, but bath towels and a toothbrush were provided. Quite satisfied.
