I visited in 2024, and the hotel felt a little worn and old.

Kanbe ward is crowded and suburban, with a local street food market open around the clock nearby. That makes the area convenient for food, though it isn't a good fit if you're after somewhere quiet and green.

The staff were friendly and excellent, and breakfast was okay. My bedroom was clean and comfortable, though the bathroom and lobby could use some improvement.

The room was nice for the price, and the service was good. It's called Real Link Hotel, in Yan kin Township, Yangon.

The room was clean and the service good. Still, the price felt a bit high for that type of room.
