The garden and large compound, along with the coffee shop, were some of my favorite things. Staying here made me feel at home, and the location is excellent. It’s a small, nice hotel on Pyay Road, about a three-minute walk from Innya Lake. The staff are friendly and provide good service. Breakfast has no choices, which is disappointing for the room rate.

The location and parking are good, but the service is only so-so. There was no breakfast because of the pandemic. Mosquitoes and the aircon noise kept me from sleeping soundly.

You get more than you pay for here. The room was spacious and clean enough, and the staff were willing to help, although they didn’t understand English very well. There’s a nice restaurant in front of the hotel.

They confirmed a double room with a king size bed, then refused it after seeing that the guest was local. Local people were treated very differently and badly. Everyone should receive the same respect. We wouldn't stay there again. 👎🏻

The lake and its jogging track are right across from this hotel, with a really lovely view, and the location is excellent. The staff were courteous and the place was very clean. I highly recommend it for a family stay.
