We remembered this hotel as clean and pleasant, which is why we booked it, but that wasn't how it was this time. There was mold, and a cockroach was walking across the table where breakfast food was set out. We reported the mold, but the employees didn't seem to know what it was. They were kind about refunding the night when we decided to change hotels. I hope they get the maintenance back on track.

At 55,000 mmk for a standard room, the service felt ridiculous, and I've already complained about it. The showers on floors 7 and 8 weren't working, most breakfast items were bought from outside, and the service was lousy.

The rooms are roomy, neat, and clean, and breakfast is included and tastes good. Prices are reasonable, too. It's a great place in a great location, and I'd give it four stars overall.

I've stayed here a couple of times before, but the service has been slipping lately, as others have said. On my last visit, the front desk and even the manager handled customer expectations poorly. They seemed to expect guests to figure everything out for themselves. I definitely won't stay again. Good luck.

The rooms are huge for the price, and the room service was spotless. Breakfast had a great selection, and dinner was good too. The people were lovely, and the staff team was large and helpful. It's also in a lively nightlife area where you can go out and chat with local Burmese people.
