Their airport transportation network could use some improvement.

The rooms were fine and I don’t really have any complaints about them. Service could be better, though it was still okay overall.

What stayed with me most was how warm and sincere the staff were. They seemed to care about my comfort, from chatting with me in the lobby to making kind gestures that helped me feel welcome. The little details were well handled too. My room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and a minibar stocked with plenty of items, along with the amenities I needed. I experienced this during a recent trip to Myanmar at a Japanese-owned hotel. On arrival, I was greeted with a smile and a refreshing drink. The staff were easy to reach when I had questions and offered ideas for local sights and activities. They also made an extra effort to make the stay comfortable, and breakfast was included daily among the complimentary services. Japanese hospitality, or "omotenashi," is known for its warmth, sincerity, and care with details, and I got to experience that firsthand. Paired with Myanmar's scenery and culture, the stay was memorable. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Myanmar. Thanks to the staff for making me feel so at home.

The lobby on Kanbe road is handy for meeting a friend over coffee or sitting down for a business meeting. It also works well for either a short visit or a longer stay, with competitive corporate rates or reasonable discounts.
