I was especially impressed by the breakfast buffet. There was a broad choice of Chinese, Western, Indian, and Myanmar dishes, plus a juice bar where they made drinks to order. Cappuccino and café latte were included too, which was a nice extra since hotels around here don’t always offer specialty coffees with the buffet. The restaurant team and hospitality staff were attentive, friendly, and accommodating. When I asked for a breakfast adjustment to suit my diet, they arranged it even though it meant extra preparation early in the morning. My room at Wyndham Grand Hotel was spacious, clean, and well kept, with the amenities you’d expect at a five-star hotel. The room rate felt reasonable for the value. The convenient location also made it easy to get around Yangon. I had a comfortable, enjoyable visit and would recommend Wyndham Grand Hotel to travelers who appreciate good service, an easy location, and a varied breakfast.

For three days in Yangon on business, I was very happy with the hotel’s facilities. The room was roomy, the bed was super comfortable, and I had a lovely view straight over the lake. The bathroom really stood out for its size, and the hot shower was fantastic. I also spent a lot of time enjoying the swimming pool. I’d highly recommend the hotel.

The view was amazing, and the service felt luxurious. We only stayed one night for a staycation. The staff were attentive and helpful, though the pool water was really cold.

I wouldn't stay here again. Finding toothpaste left in the shower and dirt beside the bed made me question whether the room had been cleaned before check-in. Those basic hygiene lapses really affected my comfort and trust in the hotel's standards, especially under the Wyndham Grand brand. It was extremely disappointing.

The Superior Room with a city view was great value, and the service really lived up to it. Service and facilities both get 5/5 from me, while the food was 4/5. I'd happily stay here again.
