I paid $20 for a budget room with a private double bed in a small room beside the toilets, shower, and sink. It was good value overall. The staff were great, breakfast was good, and the room and toilets were clean. But the shower was dirty and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned at all during the three days I was there. The nearby construction was the only noise that bothered me, though that's to be expected in the heart of a big city.

Being downtown makes this guest house very convenient for getting around town.

Mr.Zeno is amazing, and the place is arguably the best in Yangon. The location is great and the price is great too.
