10/10
The staff made the stay memorable, friendly but professional, and they went out of their way for us. My room was a good size, with a comfortable bed and a clear view across the city to distant mountains. There’s a lovely cafe and restaurant, and the hotel is only two minutes from the main square. What a great hotel.
10/10
Organizing an event here was remarkably smooth. The team was flexible and proactive, listened to requests, and made coordination easy and stress-free. Managers and staff were professional, responsive, and genuinely accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and good quality, and the service stayed attentive throughout. A reliable venue with a team that understands event support and hospitality.
10/10
During our chess tournament stay, the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant team. A special thanks to Aivy from the restaurant and Manager Anna for making sure we were comfortable and had such a pleasant visit.
10/10
The breakfast buffet at the Premier Grille, 3rd Floor, was a highlight, both the food and service were excellent. The serving staff were friendly and well organized. The Tuushin Hotel is conveniently located, the view was great, and the facilities and service were very good.
10/10
The staff’s warmth and hospitality stood out most, five stars to all of them. At BEST WESTERN PREMIER TUUSHIN HOTEL, the rooms and food were good too, and the location is great. My stay was excellent.
