The room smelled bad, and nothing about the stay felt clean. The towels were old, yellow, and unpleasant, the toilet was dirty with hair everywhere, and there was hair on the unclean bed sheets too. There was no water in the fridge, which was inconvenient. A very disappointing experience. 😕

The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and otherwise the stay was good. Check-in was a struggle: the desk staff didn't know how to handle an Expedia booking, so we called Expedia, who contacted the offsite person who knew we'd booked and prepaid. The airport shuttle charges extra for early morning flights. Watch the map carefully: the hotel is across from E-Mart on the Ave, not the Street.

Across from the big EMART shopping center, there are plenty of shopping areas nearby. The first-floor Mongolian food restaurant is cheap and good. The place is quiet, very clean, has lots of rooms, and doesn't have local drinkers around. If you're looking for a budget hotel, it could suit you, though the service isn't good.

It's a great hotel, with karaoke, a bar, and a restaurant. The rooms were clean, though the TV is a little outdated.

The food was great, and the service staff were excellent.
