Our booking included a good buffet breakfast. Check-in was at 3 pm and checkout at 11 am. The hotel is on a corner, and the tour bus could get to it easily, with enough space for pickup and drop-off. Within a 5-10 minute walk on either side, there are convenience stores: Lotterie opposite a park, and GS25 and CU Mart on the other side, both open 24 hours. Just watch out on the side streets, since drivers park recklessly. The room was clean, and they left a free bottle of water each morning. The clean toilet had shampoo, shower soap, a toothbrush, and other toiletries, and you could call reception for more. TV channels were available. The hotel was warm during our winter visit on Dec26, 2025, when it was -27 degrees, and there was hot water too. The air conditioning and heater both worked. You can open the window, though the air is sometimes polluted. The pillow was soft and the blanket smelled nice. There was no toilet bidet wash. A bar is on the top floors, with a free billiards table and soccer table games. PS5 games cost 2 dollars per hour.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and made me feel very welcome. I really enjoyed staying here. My room was quiet, had great air conditioning, and the windows opened. Room service was excellent. The hotel has everything you need, including a lovely spa, a fully equipped gym with free weights, and massages I can highly recommend. It's right on a busy street corner, but supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. I'd definitely stay again.

The bed was on the firm side, which might not suit everyone, but it was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The front desk staff really stood out, they were so friendly, helpful, and welcoming that check-in and the whole stay went much more smoothly. The location was decent, with restaurants and shops nearby. We had a great stay and were very satisfied. I'd stay again for the staff alone. A few small improvements could make it a five-star experience.

From my window, I could see Gandan Monastery, and it was striking to watch so many monks head to the temple early in the morning. CU Mart is around a three-minute walk away, while Nomin Department Store takes about 10-15 minutes to reach. The room felt new and comfortable, and everything was easy. Wi-Fi was fast. Some of the staff speak Japanese. The restaurant food was delicious, service came quickly, and guests get a special discount, plus one kids’ meal is free.

The bar on the top floor was the one letdown, with slow, poor service. Apart from that, this is hands down the best hotel in UB. The staff are amazing and always helpful.
