The salt room was nice, but the other stone rooms felt cramped and weren't at the temperatures they were supposed to be. The whole place's layout and flow were confusing, and nobody bothered to explain how things worked. The reservation system was the worst part. They don't take bookings ahead, so you have to pay to get in first. We made a reservation, spent hours hanging around, then were told we hadn't booked and had supposedly chosen to wait on call in case a spot opened. That's a bizarre assumption. There isn't a receptionist, and several different people handle bookings with different ideas about the schedule and process. The person who took our reservation wouldn't take responsibility or apologize, and nobody else we spoke with did either. That was the most disappointing part, and the whole thing wasted our time.

The prices are high, but the service and surroundings don't feel worth what they charge. The food was bland and poor quality, in a noisy, uncomfortable dining area. Cleanliness seemed questionable, and the children were so loud it was hard to relax. Even the slippers were dirty, and their insoles had sharp pressure points that made them uncomfortable. The queue arrangements were unclear, while staff called out for the next person loudly. It felt more like a marketplace than a wellness center. Soyol Wellness Center has potential, but as a public wellness facility it needs to pay more attention to hygiene, guest comfort, organization, and respectful communication. Sadly, the service quality has noticeably declined, and I expected a much more relaxing, well-run visit.

The main reason I'm writing this is to clear up the hours: the listing doesn't show them, but the place is open 24 hours and never closes. I wanted to go and wasn't sure it would be open. It's a good place, with nice spa rooms, drinks, and a restaurant. It's not the best in the world, but it's pretty good, especially for Mongolia. Ignore the whiny reviews that pick at every little thing or complain that their experience wasn't perfect.

Parking is free for customers, and the masseuses are great, though the service can vary depending on the day or time. Kids can make it pretty annoying. They're often very loud, screaming and running around, and staff rarely seem to notice or ask them to stop, even near the massage areas. Adults sometimes talk loudly on the phone there too.
