There was no hot water, and people just walk in. The cleaning staff add extra charges on the way out. Don't go here, it's really bad for the price. It needs fixing, including the hot water, especially for a place in the city.

This was the worst experience of my life staying somewhere. My room had no hot water. At one point, the receptionist barged in and was extremely disrespectful. When I raised it with her manager, she lied to my face. Later, while I was waiting for the lift, she shut the doors in my face. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

The rooms are clean and nice, but there were no English-speaking receptionists. We booked early check-in, yet had to wait for other guests to check out and for the room to be cleaned.

It's a quiet, nice room in the middle of town, but the service is poor. Breakfast wasn't ready on time, and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom.
