The convenient location and friendly reception staff were the only real positives. I stayed on several nights because it worked for transit, but I'd spend my money elsewhere. My first night, on the 8th floor, was fine: a clean room with basic amenities, and breakfast was acceptable despite being slow. The second stay, in room 1214, was completely different. It smelled like wet carpet or socks, and the bathroom floor, especially around the shower, felt grimy. Restaurant service was disappointing too. During breakfast, with the restaurant empty, I was told to use the coffee machine to fill my 1.2L thermos with hot water, even though there was a hot water dispenser behind the counter. I couldn't tell if they were joking. I've never had that issue elsewhere in Mongolia. I still have two nights booked here, and I don't know what to expect.

The room was modern, spotless, and bigger than I expected, with a comfortable bed and very little street noise. Staff made check-in easy, and the gym is open around the clock with equipment that looked new and worked well. Nearby are a convenience store and Walking Street, though most places were shut by the time I arrived on a late Saturday. My taxi took about 45 minutes from the airport in traffic and around 30 minutes on the early trip back. I was only there from about 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., so I missed breakfast. I'd stay again and try it next time.

Dinner on the 6th floor was good, especially the Mongolian khuushuur. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Enkhee helped with my bags and explained things clearly, while Ulzii arranged an airport taxi quickly. The front desk was great. I'd come back.

Breakfast had plenty of choice and was excellent, and the room was clean and quiet. The location is convenient for the airport. Everyone on staff was very friendly, with Emujim at reception especially kind and helpful.

The room had a lovely view from the 9th floor, a great shower, and a very clean bathroom. It was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and even the carpets were clean. We also liked the restaurant, the breakfast, and the coffee shop inside the building. Reception has a pleasant waiting area, and check-in was easy. Staff can arrange an airport shuttle. We loved our stay, and the hotel is well placed for the airport.
