The Westin Resort Macau

Victor deserves a special thanks for helping with our luggage and calling a taxi, then even opening the taxi door. Great job! We stayed with my family and liked that it was a resort hotel near the beach. Everyone was friendly and approachable. From the balcony, we could see a stunning view of the ocean and shoreline. Breakfast was good, and the staff were attentive. We'll stay here again when we go back to Macau.

The food was so good I almost forgot everything else! The staff were really friendly, and Edward kindly helped me after I slipped near the pool. The pool itself was huge and clean, with even a zip line in it. There are game areas for table tennis, basketball, and billiards too. If you get the chance to visit Macau, stay at this perfect resort!

We found it easy to get around, with a bus stop right outside and a straightforward trip to Coloane village for the famous egg tarts. The hotel sits right by the sea and felt like a calm oasis after the busy Cotai strip. Our stay was wonderful and very relaxing. The room was beautiful, the pool area lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The natural greenery gives the hotel a peaceful, grounding feel, but the staff are what make the place special. Ms. Hancy, thank you for your wonderful hospitality. Ms. Rose, Ms. Eva, Ruben, Janice, and Jackie, you made me feel incredibly at home. The meals were all a delight, and every interaction felt genuinely warm. Traveling solo, I value places that offer a sense of belonging along with a room, and this hotel did exactly that. The hotel manager sent a welcoming email before I even checked in, a rare gesture that showed real care for hospitality. The team stayed responsive, patient, and attentive throughout. I left a piece of my heart here and will definitely be back.
