The staff at Nuwa were sincere and professional, and made us feel very welcome. We arrived around 12 noon before our room was ready, but the front desk staff said he’d call or text when it was available, and he did. He even showed us to the room and gave us a tour. We’d booked a Premier King, but he kindly found us a bigger room so we could add a bed for our kid. It was spacious and luxurious, with free minibar items except alcohol. Cookies, candies, and fruit were waiting on the table. At bedtime, staff came in to turn down the beds, and on both nights left a sleep-related freebie, like a muscle heat pack or relaxing perfume. The bed and pillows were a bit too soft, so we requested different pillows for the second night. Checkout was easy, and they gave us a nicely painted cup and candies for my kid as gifts. This may be the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Macau over the years. We’ll definitely be back.

I was lucky to spend a night at Nüwa Macau while hosting a leadership dinner. Yvonne at the Front Desk made arriving easy and pleasant, and attendant Jama looked after me so well throughout the stay. The room was splendid, with all the luxury features you could want. Kevin and the team took great care of our VIP dinner at The Tasting Room. It was a pristine experience, and I’m very thankful to all of them for such a wonderful stay.

The pool team handed us towels as soon as we got out of the water and served hot ginger tea so we wouldn’t catch a cold. The concierge staff also helped with travel plans and greeted us with cheerful smiles each day. Housekeeping kept the room spotless, clipped our messy charging cables neatly together, and left a different turndown gift each night of our three-night stay. Before we arrived, the team had noted the ages of our elderly guests and prepared an extra bathroom mat for their comfort and safety. At check-in, they arranged connecting rooms with dazzling Cotai Strip views, offered to book dinner, walked us to the rooms, and gave us a warm, detailed tour. Sean and Jerry at the front desk, Ben and Jeffrey from the concierge, housekeeping, and the pool attendants all went above and beyond. There are plenty of dazzling hotels on the Cotai Strip, but NUWA Hotel made us feel like royalty. This isn’t a paid ad, hahah.

I booked a suite for my birthday. It was spacious and elegant, mixing modern opulence with Asian design. The lighting was great during the day, and I liked being able to control the lights and curtains from the iPad. The pool wasn’t too busy. The gym and spa had a good range of facilities and amenities, and breakfast was decent.
