Getting around was easy because the location is handy, but I left feeling unwelcome and wouldn't stay here again. At the entrance, staff wouldn't help us find or call a taxi, so we had to wait out in the sun and watch out in case another guest took the cab we were waiting for. There was also a heavy cigarette smell in our non-smoking room. It got into our clothes so badly that when we opened our suitcases in Hong Kong, smoke seemed to come out of them. At reception, the concierge insisted our booking was for one night even though I showed the Agoda confirmation for three. I had to queue each day to get my room card updated. Some employees came across as rude and unprofessional. The convenient location couldn't make up for those problems with the room and service.

The room itself was spacious, as advertised, and easy to find in a convenient spot. But smoke filled the room despite our request for a non-smoking one. They did eventually deal with it, though only hours after we asked. We also put the 500MOP deposit on a credit card, and that card was then charged repeatedly without our permission for amounts above the stated 500MOP. Completely unacceptable and unethical.

The room WiFi became unreliable at night. The hotel is fairly new and close to Galaxy casino, but there isn't much around it and transport connections are limited, so getting around can be inconvenient. Prices aren't especially high compared with similar hotels.

For Macau, the price was reasonable, and the hotel is nicely placed. It's about a ten-minute walk to the major casino and the historic area, and there's a local bus stop for the HengQin border crossing nearby. A good deal.

Really nice stay. Galaxy is right behind it, just about a two-minute walk across the road using the footbridge.
