Four Seasons Hotel Macao

Bryan in guest relations deserves a special mention. He made our stay, and the whole guest relations team truly cares and goes well beyond what they have to do. The staff were amazing, easily six out of five. Food, rooms, service, and location were all hard to beat. I didn't expect a fairly large hotel to become my favorite in Asia, but this one has. Thank you, Four Seasons. We'll be back soon.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of Taipa, and the hotel connects conveniently to malls like the Parisian and the Londoner. After a concert, I could even grab a late-night snack without going far. When I arrived at Taipa Ferry Terminal, a staff member told me there was a complimentary limousine transfer to and from the hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful: they offered early check-in, showed me around my room, and left welcome snacks. A great stay, worth every cent.

We only had one night here while traveling to Hong Kong, but we'd happily return. Adam especially made the service feel special by going out of his way for us. Our room was large and clean, with a lovely view of the Ifel Tower. The amenities were top-notch, the pillow choices were great, and the heated pool was one of the warmest I've used. They had tea, fruit, and ice cream by the pool, too. The Study Bar served good cocktails with a fantastic view, and breakfast had a huge selection.

We still have two days left, but so far this has been such an amazing stay. The place feels calm and holiday-like, and the pool is beautiful and actually a lovely place to spend time. The hotel itself is gorgeous, and the staff have been great from the start. For my boyfriend's birthday, they had thoughtful touches: a small gift and a glass of sparkling wine at breakfast. That kind of thing makes a difference. The service reminds me of the Four Seasons in Marrakech. I'm really glad I picked this hotel. Everything has felt easy and smooth. Highly recommend.
