Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau

I asked in advance for a plastic chair in the shower because I can't stand for long. They brought a proper shower chair with suction cups instead, which was so thoughtful. After turndown each night, we also found different snacks, fruit, and mini bottles of alcohol. They were generous with drinking water, so there was no need to buy it at 7-11 or the mini marts. I expected an old hotel, but it looked surprisingly new and was very large. We had a spacious two-bedroom suite, one room with a King bed and the other with twin beds. Each room had its own shower, bathtub, and toilet, plus there was a shared toilet.

The hotel staff made the best part of our Macau trip. Their service went far beyond what we expected, some of the best we've had. The rooms were clean, spacious, and great, and the location worked well. Next door at Sands Macau there's a shuttle to the other part of Macau and to the ferry terminals. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The air conditioning is centrally controlled and didn't work while I was there. They did provide a fan, which I appreciated. I still had a very pleasant 14-night stay at Hotel Artyzen Lapa Macau. The hotel was relaxing and well maintained, and the staff were warm, attentive, and professional. I'd gladly come back next time.

The big pool with a slide was a real hit with the kids, and the location was handy for both the Hong Kong ferry jetty and the iconic Grand Lisboa. Our room was roomy and luxurious, with very comfortable beds. The washroom was clean and looked after, though the toilet just had a standard seat, no bidet. We didn't have much of a view from the room.
