The wading pool extended out from our suite and looked over the canal. Our baby loved playing in it, and it felt like a calm little retreat from the casinos. There was also a deep wooden bathtub. For our 10-month-old, they thoughtfully provided a tent, crib, teddy bear, and lots of other little things. The toiletries were luxurious, and we couldn't resist taking some home. The butlers spoke English, Cantonese, and Mandarin fluently and were well trained, so things went smoothly. The design and attention to detail made every corner feel restful. The spa was spacious and deeply relaxing. We enjoyed the dining options, and I managed to swim laps in the indoor pool. The gym had a good range of machines. I usually prefer free weights, but on a relaxation-focused holiday I appreciated what was available. From the moment we arrived at Banyan Tree, the welcoming atmosphere felt like being transported to the heart of Thailand. The lively first impression gradually gave way to a real sense of calm. Banyan Tree Macau was a lovely place to recharge and enjoy those peaceful moments.

10,000,000,000/10 for the Banyan Tree Spa. Pepper was so attentive and kind through my treatment, and I felt really looked after. They were thoughtful from the moment I chose a treatment right through to the session itself. The food amenities at the end were delicious, too.

I don't remember much, since I was about 2-4 when I came here, but my dad says there are swimming pools. I remember it being fantastic.

We couldn't get a room at the Banyan hotel, even though we tried two months ahead and it was already fully booked, so we went to the Banyan Spa instead. It was the best spa experience we've had. Phoebe and Heena at reception were friendly, professional, thoughtful, and attentive to details. They made sure we were well cared for and even booked a restaurant for us after the treatment. The spa room was huge, with lots of amenities and a steam room. Our therapists, Chaba and Laima, were skilled, thoughtful, and spoke great English. They kept checking that we were comfortable and having the best experience. Laima also gave me stretching tips for my stiff shoulder. Their service felt sincere and excellent. I'd recommend it to spa lovers and first-timers alike. Keep it up!
