For Macau’s cost of living, I thought this was very good value. Senado Square is walkable, and there’s a nearby bus stop and a 24-hour supermarket with inexpensive groceries. They provided bottled water and two towels per person, though there were no toothbrushes or refrigerator. Being able to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out was convenient for the trip. I’ll definitely book here again when I’m back in Macau.

I spent seven days at this hotel in 2012 and was pleased with the cleanliness, reception, staff, and excellent location. Thanks to the management. I hope to visit Macau again and stay here once more.

The location was a real plus. Restaurants and markets were easy to reach, and bus stops are right on the main road. Our room was small and was a "staff room" temporarily turned into guest accommodation because the hotel was over capacity. It was reasonably clean and tidy, with the basic amenities. Staff were okay and explained things patiently.

I booked a non-smoking room, but it was full of smoke. They said it was coming from outside, yet I had to wear a mask and breathe secondhand smoke all night. I reported it, but when I returned the smoke was still there. They’d only sprayed air freshener, and it didn’t help. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

The Wi-Fi was poor, and the service was awful. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and wouldn’t even smile when they made eye contact with guests. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I wouldn’t recommend it!
