Inn Hotel Macau

The room was surprisingly spacious even though it was the busy season, and it was super cheap. The staff were really kind and nice. I loved this hotel!

The location is excellent, and the room and toilets were adequate. The WiFi, though, was painfully slow. I booked a twin bed double room through trip.com during the holidays, so it cost more than usual, but they provided breakfast for only one person. It felt like a scheme to make money. When I tried calling or emailing, the staff were rude and didn’t speak English.

The renovation noise made it really hard to rest, and the staff weren’t friendly. We’d booked a three-person room with large beds, but were given only single beds. At the counter, staff kept pushing back and saying we hadn’t mentioned it earlier, even though the booking clearly said large bed. Check-in was at 3 pm, but when we got back at 5:30, they still asked us to wait for another bed. They kept saying they had only one cleaner and needed to give her time to clean the room. Having us wait for more than an hour felt like their staffing problem. I 100% don’t recommend this place.

Inn Hotel macau was not bad. A taxi to the airport costs about HKD 45-50.
