Londoner Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Macao

The restaurants in this large hotel area stayed busy during Chinese New Year, but we could always find somewhere to have breakfast or dinner. All the staff were very friendly, and the service was more than we expected from a hotel this big. The receptionist was especially hospitable. She gave us tickets to the Eiffel tower for St.Valentine's day and helped us book the spa. Our room was always clean, with the supplies we needed, plenty of bottled water, and nice, new furniture. We travel a lot and know staff can sometimes miss details, but that wasn’t the case here.

Lina helped me in Korean before I arrived, and her prompt, considerate messages gave me peace of mind ahead of the trip. During the stay, Grace, the room manager, made sure everything was prepared with care. Ken, our driver, kept the rides safe and smooth, and Mavis showed me to my room with a clear, thoughtful introduction and a warm smile. From arrival through checkout, the whole experience was professional, warm, and caring. Thanks to these team members, my stay was comfortable and memorable. I appreciate the hospitality and hope to return. Highly recommended!
