Our room was upgraded, and it was spacious and nice. We had a great stay overall. The hotel is near Jai Alai and the outer ferry terminal, with shuttle buses for most casinos passing around there.Sands Macao isn't far, though road closures during the Grand Prix made getting around harder. One letdown was the staff opening the doors. They seemed incompetent, answering questions with something else even when I spoke Cantonese. They need better training.

I stayed for five days and would give the hotel five stars for its service and nice facilities. My first stop was the wrong place, Hotel Golden Dragon, instead of Grand Dragon Hotel. Alice at the counter arranged a taxi for us to transfer. I then realized I couldn't find the MOP500 for the fare, and tried not to dwell on the loss, thinking maybe someone needed it more than I did. The next morning Alice called to say she'd found the money I'd dropped at Hotel Golden Dragon and brought it over to Grand Dragon Hotel. Thanks, Alice. I told her I'd book there next time, and only later learned the two hotels are sister properties with the same owner. I'd recommend this hotel.

Might be the best hotel I've stayed in. They upgraded me when I arrived, which I was happy to get. Nice staff, good location, and the room... you can judge from the pictures 🔥

The gym is on the small side, but it's clean. The staff were all friendly and so helpful, going out of their way with the service. Thanks for being so kind, Tea, Pain, Shawn and Patrick. A perfect stay!

Getting here from the airport is straightforward: take public bus AP1, get off, cross the footbridge, and the hotel is about 150 meters away. There's a 24-hour convenience store to the right, plus several local food shops nearby. The location also makes it convenient to get around to different places. I was impressed by how polite and friendly all the staff were. The rooms were clean and the beds soft. Hope this helps anyone planning a Macau trip, and wishing you a happy journey.
