Macau Hotel S

Getting food nearby is easy, with lots of shops around, and Senado Square and The Ruins are close. The rooms were clean and tidy, even the very modern toilet bowl stood out. The hotel has a stylish but dated look, and the staff were friendly and easy to talk to.

A water dispenser in the lobby was a real plus, and hotel guests can go up to the bar for a great sunset view. The location near Senado Square is handy, with plenty of bus stops nearby. The room felt closer to a four-star standard than a three-star one, and was very clean with enough space to open two carry-on bags. There’s a Dyson hairdryer, and you can ask to swap your pillow for a different kind if you don’t like it.

We found it easy to get to shops, restaurants, and attractions from here. The lobby felt bright and open, which made it feel lively and welcoming. The stay was good value, and I’d happily come back on another Macau trip and recommend it to friends and family. The room was comfortable and very clean, including the spotless bathroom. Erica at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful. We went up to the rooftop for photos, too. The man helping us took lots of pictures and was very patient, and the young woman there chatted with us and had a lovely warm smile. I really enjoyed staying here.

We loved staying here, just the two of us. Our room looked great, and being on the highest floor meant we had an amazing view. There’s a Dyson hairdryer in the room, plus a rooftop bar and a cafe on the first floor. Kayee, Susie, Emily and Margarida gave us great service.
