Friendly staff, and for the money it's a good place to sleep and shower while you're in Saipan. It's not a five-star hotel. If you need a cold room, avoid Room 222 for now, since the aircon didn't cool it enough.

The beach is right across the road, so there's no pool. The movies and super store are about five minutes away. Seems like a decent place for a day or two.

The entry door to Room 222 looked like it was deteriorating and didn't seem secure. The beds felt worn out and uncomfortable, and the bathtub in the confort room needs to be cleaned properly.

The staff are great, and the rooms are like the deluxe rooms at world resorts.

It's budget lodging, and you get what you pay for. Fine as long as you aren't expecting anything special.
