The bed was very comfortable, which matters a lot to me, and the room was clean and nice. My stay was only one night, so I didn’t meet any service employees. The front desk isn’t staffed 24-7, but they can be reached by phone. There’s an airport shuttle for a fee, though I found out you need to arrange it in advance. I’d recommend staying here and plan to stay longer next time.

We’ve chosen Paradiso Hotel & Spa twice now, and both stays were great, 10/10. The beds are COMFORTABLE, the rooms and restrooms are clean, and the price is reasonable. We were even able to check in around noon, though check-in is at 3. There can be a funky smell when you first enter the room, probably because it hadn’t been used before we arrived. It goes away and wasn’t a big deal. Maybe they could use a plug-in freshener or spray the room before guests check in. Just a suggestion.

We stayed in December 2023 and got a complimentary room upgrade. Check-in was smooth, the lobby was very nice, and the room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the pool. The rates were reasonable. The hallways were a bit warm, but that wasn’t an issue. The main hassles were finding parking during a hotel pool party and being a bit far from the shopping area. I’d recommend this hotel.

There were stains on the bedsheets, and the restroom had lizards and flies. After one shower, the bathroom flooded. The room also smelled strange when we first walked in and had flies. Then my friend got locked in the bathroom and had to call the front desk, but ended up breaking the door. It was a bad stay overall. Sad to see them renovate and change the name only to end up with worse rooms than before.

The lobby is great and the room was nice. Not bad at all, I’d book here again.
