The hotel is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but the service fell short for us during our couple of days there. Breakfast staff weren’t very attentive or accommodating. We had to ask several times for coffee, and once ended up getting it ourselves. The housekeeper cleaned the room but didn’t replace the water bottles. Better staff training and attentiveness could make the stay much more enjoyable. I hope management addresses this.

The beach right in front of the hotel was amazing, and the peaceful, quiet setting made for a relaxing stay. Every staff member was kind and attentive too. I’d definitely like to come back.

I stayed at the Marianas Beach resort for about a week, and the staff made the experience especially nice. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the front desk was patient with my needs. The breakfast team served hot, delicious food with wonderful customer service. I also appreciated having the mobile hotspot since I’m from the States. The resort itself was beautiful, and I loved the food and rooms. I’d recommend it as my top hotel choice for a stay in Saipan.

For the price, this was a good stay. With a rental car, the location is a great base for getting around the island. The basics were covered: clean sheets and bathroom, good AC, free drinking water, and kind staff who tried to help. I also got a cocktail voucher and a voucher for a 20-minute sailboat outing, but bad weather led to the sailings being cancelled. I imagine it’s a great time when conditions are clear. The resort is older, and the hallways smell of cigarettes, though that smell didn’t seem to get into the rooms.

The staff easily arranged a high floor after remembering that was my preference. The bed was so comfortable I woke up without aches, and the hotel is near a subway stop, making it easy to get around. I had a fantastic stay and would choose it again next time.
