We had to check in at 6 am because of a last-minute emergency, and it all went smoothly. They welcomed us warmly and showed us to a clean, cozy room with lovely interior design. The shared dining areas were great, the staff were really nice, and the location is central to everything. Highly recommended.

The rooms have all the essentials and the Wi-Fi is good. Breakfast is great, and the place is very clean, with wonderful service from friendly, helpful staff. They also offer a free airport shuttle.

We were stopping over in Mauritania before a long drive to the border the next day, and this was a good choice. It's compact but nicely appointed for its location. We got a warm welcome and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The restaurant food was nice and reasonably priced, and having a security guard watch our vehicles overnight felt reassuring. Breakfast was a letdown: we asked for it at 6:40 am but all got a wake-up call at 5:40, and when we finally went down, it wasn't worth it.

This is a European-style hotel. It's now called The Best Centric Hotel. Google Maps also shows another listing, a fake the Best Semirabis Hotel, so check the neighbourhood to make sure it's the right one. If you're reading this, you're in the right place.

A lovely hotel right in the heart of Nouachott. Space is limited, but the services are good and safety is assured.
