Casa Rosanna Malta B&B Adults only

Getting to Valletta was straightforward, about 35 minutes by public bus or around 20 by Uber or Bolt. The breakfast buffet had a good range, with some items changing daily, so it didn't get repetitive, and there was plenty to eat before heading out to see Malta. Casa Rosanna Marsaskala is a small hotel of roughly 20 rooms, set above the bay promenade. Its traditional style has been renovated with modern facilities, and the place feels cosy, carefully arranged, and attentive to detail. Rooms are on the small side but practical, functional, and fitted with comfortable beds. We arrived late, when reception wasn't staffed, but our key cards and clear instructions had been left ready for us. There was also a free coffee machine and cookies available each day, which made the welcome feel warm.

Breakfast was excellent and well looked after. Parking can be tricky, depending on when you arrive. It's a nice little boutique hotel, but the rooms are very small, with no space for a suitcase. The shower is just big enough to stand in, the toilet feels cramped inside it, and the French balcony only has room for a small chair.

The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and the whole property is clearly kept in great condition. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was wonderful, with tasty choices and beautiful sea views. Casa Rosanna is right in the centre of Marsaskala, close to restaurants and lovely walks, with breathtaking views over the sea. It's a great fit for a relaxing stay, a romantic getaway, or a quiet break by the water. Highly recommended.

We went to a family party at Casa Rosanna, and it was a really special celebration. The service, room, and staff were thoughtful and attentive, and we came away with wonderful memories. Everything exceeded my expectations.
