We found Malta a great place to stay, and these apartments are tucked away, stylish, and nicely finished. The two towers and final block, which will have pool and gym access, were still unfinished. They were expected to be completed by the end of 2018.
A peaceful location with luxurious apartments and a nice development.
The underground parking is good, and someone seems to keep an eye on the grounds most of the time. But the flats are grossly overpriced now that construction next door brings dust and noise and blocks the view almost entirely. The original concept was neat enough until the developer decided to build something bigger and bolder. Buyers in the new blocks may have a decent investment, but people in the first blocks are left with little sunlight beneath the shadow of "Pendergardens 2.0". With Malta developing at this pace, I suppose it was to be expected, much like the buildings planned in front of the sea-view blocks in Tigne.
Construction is still going on, and the building already casts shade over the busy road below. Residents will have to deal with fumes from vehicles entering and leaving Paceville. Without sunshine, puddles don't dry, and even a little rain has already left everything muddy.
It's lovely, but the outside noise carries in and you can hear everything!
