The staff were friendly and obliging, and there’s a bus stop right outside with regular rides to and from Valletta. Sliema is also only a 30-minute walk. The rooftop pool is included and has amazing views across Malta. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The kitchen area is especially handy for self-catering, with an oven, hob, kettle, and fridge-freezer. Fabulous hotel, I’d absolutely return on another trip to Malta.

We were left feeling unsafe, unsupported, and unfairly stereotyped. Management’s public response blamed us and misrepresented what happened instead of acknowledging serious failures in security and guest safety. My friends and I were physically attacked inside the hotel by people who weren’t our guests. They got into the building because security was poor. Management later claimed we brought in unregistered visitors and left the room in a bad state, but that’s completely untrue. The “visitors” were the people who attacked us. The mess was a direct result of the incident, and there was no substance use. We called reception at 5:30 a.m. and night staff told us to wait until 7:30 a.m. for help, much later than management now claims. Police asked to see the CCTV footage, and the receptionist showed us a clip. So the hotel’s claim that police never requested it is misleading. I’d urge anyone considering a stay to be aware of the security issues and the dismissive way management handles serious incidents.

I want to correct the hotel’s account of what happened. Police asked at reception to see the CCTV, after we were told the footage stays on the system forever. The receptionist even showed us part of the clip of us being attacked, so denying that request is misleading. We called at 5:30am, and night staff told us to wait until 7:30am for help, which doesn’t match the claim that support was arranged by 6:30am. We didn’t bring in unregistered guests. The girls you mean were the ones who attacked us, and they got into the hotel because security was lacking. Blaming us for that is unfair. The claim of “substance use” is false and feels like stereotyping. The room was in that state because we’d been jumped, not because of guest misconduct. We were left unsafe, unsupported, and misrepresented. It showed clear failures in guest safety and care. Seven to eight people were able to enter the Park Heights Warren Collection freely and steal belongings from me and my friends. When we reported the robbery, night staff brushed us off and said to “wait until someone else comes in” instead of helping. They showed no concern for our safety. Staff refused to cooperate with the police over CCTV, then later said they didn’t know what had happened, even though they’d spoken to us directly. Afterwards, staff were rude and hostile, accusing us of smoking in our room without grounds. Throughout the ordeal they were dishonest, unhelpful, and disrespectful. This was a complete disregard for guests’ safety and dignity. I’d never recommend staying here. If you value fair treatment and basic respect, avoid it. Thank you and take care :)

Modern, comfortable accommodation with plenty in the room to make it feel like a home away from home. The rooftop pool and bar were both very nice and well equipped. I’d stay again.
