The pool and BBQ area make it easy to relax outdoors after a day out. The farmhouse is in a peaceful part of Gozo, with lovely views across Malta, Gozo, and Comino. You can even see the Gozo ferry crossing the water. It’s a great spot for country walks or a quick trip to the beach, and has a nice balance of traditional character and comfort. A real hidden gem for a relaxing break.

We stayed here in winter, and the house was cozy. The calm, quiet surroundings were a real pleasure, and the nearby houses are well preserved or converted while keeping their Gozitan character. We really enjoyed walks along the Gozo coastline during our stay at Farmhouse Cala.

Our summer visit to Farmhouse Cala was a good one. The house is around 350 years old and truly traditional, but it’s well built and stays fairly comfortable inside even on Malta’s hot summer days. All the rooms have air conditioning, and the pool and BBQ add to the relaxed summer feel. A great recommendation!

We spent the summer in this traditional Gozo house and liked how it combines its distinctive character with useful technology. The internet and Wi-Fi coverage were very strong, and the lighting and keyless locks are automated. The website is informative too. Kudos to the host for the overall setup.

A genuine farmhouse in a peaceful part of Gozo, with lovely views of Malta, Gozo, and Comino. From the terrace, you can watch the Gozo ferries crossing the sea. It’s well placed for country walks and also very close to the beach.
