Domus Luxuria, Qormi

The bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked really well, but we left early and found somewhere else to stay. The building’s old, quirky character was why I booked it, yet the place was covered in dust, grime and cobwebs, with mold as well. The floors and tiles looked as though they hadn’t been properly cleaned since they were installed. Kitchen tiles were black, the bathroom sink tap was disgusting, and there was dust on all the shelves. It’s a shame, since these things wouldn’t cost money to fix. The listing mentions views from the top floor, but the door was locked and we couldn’t get up there. I know a bad review can affect future bookings, but these issues made it hard to stay.
