Aste Hotel

We felt targeted, uncomfortable and pressured throughout the stay. Staff kept contacting us by calls and text, even when we were out, accusing us of things they couldn’t prove. There were also staff walking through the hallways recording outside guests’ rooms, which felt invasive and completely inappropriate. The atmosphere became stressful and intimidating instead of welcoming. The hotel tried to charge us a €100 fine for “noise complaints” two days in a row. Both times we challenged them and asked for evidence, but they had nothing to show. Rather than admit they were wrong, staff tried to bribe us into leaving a good review so they wouldn’t charge the fine. That felt dishonest and manipulative, and it ruined our holiday. It makes you question how many positive reviews are real when this is how guests are treated. Avoid this hotel if you don’t want false accusations, threats of extra charges, invasive behaviour and unprofessional management.

We had a good stay and recommend this hotel. There was some noise, but the rest was fine. The reception staff and reception manager were the best. Mohamed, thank you for the lovely service and good vibes while we were there ❤️❤️❤️ You’re always welcome in Greece. You have friends here now.

There are plenty of bars and 24/7 convenience stores nearby, and reception stays open around the clock. The staff are extremely friendly, and the hotel is very clean, with towels and bed linen changed daily. It’s a beautiful, modern hotel right in the city centre. Even though it’s in the middle of the nightlife, the sound insulation blocks out the noise really well. Highly recommended, it definitely deserves at least 4 stars!

Keziah deserves a special mention for being incredibly kind and welcoming. The staff were consistently friendly and ready to help with anything. My room was spacious and very comfortable, and the hotel was modern and clean. The location is perfect, just a few steps from all the energy in Paceville. I’d absolutely recommend it.
