The Sky bar was the best part, and the staff were really pleasant and helpful. Ivana at the front desk deserves a special thank you. The hotel was very clean and accommodating, the food was tasty, and we had an awesome time.

There was a lot of construction during our stay, but the hotel hadn’t told us about it or apologised. When we asked for a quiet room, they smirked and said it was all the same. The response to criticism felt combative, and the breakfast was the worst I've ever experienced. The shower was covered in mould. We were told that it was just a problem in Malta, but the other two hotels where we stayed didn't have this issue. In my experience, you can get a lot more for your money elsewhere. This is a new hotel with so many problems already, which doesn't seem like a great sign. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The rooftop pool is cute, and the staff are nice, but I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. Next door construction made mornings so noisy that sleeping in was impossible. The view was terrible, with the windows facing a wall of fire. The hair dryer gave off a burnt smell that felt life-threatening. The website photos are misleading. The place is not bright at all, and I suspect the pictures were taken with a flash by a professional photographer.

Everything is new, works well, and feels clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed for relaxing. The staff are kind and welcoming. The person who was probably the manager was especially professional, training the team in a calm and respectful way. The elevators are a little slow, which is expected for a new establishment. I’ll definitely come back when I visit Malta again.
