There were bugs throughout the room, and the fridge smelled horrible. Food and dirt had been left behind by recent guests. I paid on booking.com, but the manager still insisted I owed an extra fee. When I politely said I was unhappy with the stay, he verbally harassed me until I was in tears. The facilities and management were horrible. I’d never recommend this hotel; it was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Think twice before wasting your money. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

The receptionist in the morning was nice and professional. I wish she could replace the rude manager. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom when we arrived, and even after changing the second key card three times, it still didn’t work. Construction all around started at 7 AM every morning, so sleeping was impossible. After the first night, housekeeping didn’t leave a blanket for the second bed. That person had to sleep under their own towel, and the reception was closed overnight so we couldn’t ask for one. The next day we found dirty bed linen and a bed bug on it. The manager refused to sort it out and just screamed at us, using abusive language. He said we had dirtied the blanket ourselves and hadn’t recognized the “unexciting” blanket. We can tell white from black and our eyesight is fine. His behavior was unacceptable, rude, and unprofessional.

Thanks for understanding my situation and cancelling the booking without any problem. I hope I can stay there soon once the virus problem is over. See you soon.
